Well, I've done it yet again! :banghead:

Searching around and I've just stumbled across another statue I want.

If anybody has one to part with or knows where I may acquire one, I'd
surely appreciate any information on the CS Moore Godzilla Statue.

Weird story on this one for me since I got it for euh free.... sort of... actually I scammed someone :bawling: ..not really

In short friendly seller shipped quick he said... 3 weeks go by nothing... 30 days nothing, all the time I am trying to contact the guy but he doesnot respond.

File a claim with paypal he doesnot respond the statue doesnot arrive paypal refunds me 10 days later. Than 2 more weeks go by 'dingdong' it's godzilla WOW, the seller had even shipped it quickly but somehow it was stuck somewhere in some hole for over 2 months?! go figure....

Since than I've tried to get in contact with him several times and I am very willing to pay what I owe him, but well I dunno... maybe he is no more :confused:

Btw I am still looking for the toho one to go with this :D, that one is cute too

But seriously this is a cool piece I've seen a couple of auctions go by these last few months.... the price seems to be on the up though... but that goes for almost everything..

Still was grasping on an old auction but you can have a closer look at it, its quite nice really.

That price it ended at is not what this usually goes for which is a lot less, but I guess you just never know.

Also I had forgotten but I am also a big fan of sugita so another reason for me to get this.

Didnt know moore released this statue, but the tojo one sure does look nice also. I remember paul moore auctioned the tojo one not too long ago, didnt have a box but the end price was still pretty high. And I thought that was one released under moore but sculpted by tojo, I guess I was wrong.

I don't know what happened in that auction you linked to JS but I have one from the regular run and can confirm the paintjob is like the auction I posted yours is green I mean really GREEN :puke2:

Have you tried statuesmatchoos or so on here.... I've never seen him sell one but he's got good ties to clay...

But the shiflett one was for draco this is godzilla, anyway as I always say, when in doubt buy them all ;)

I remeber seeing a better Godzilla kit... the pose on this one doesn't do it for me.

Thanks for the pics. That is a very nice statue, unfortunately, that itsn't REALLY Godzilla. At least not so far as my kids are concerned. Toho's Japanese version all the way. They are particularly fond of the 90's version and the 2000.

I don't care if it is the real/original Godzilla - I just like the statue for it's looks.
To me I love the look of the critter, and the pose looks great to me as well.

I'm still on the prowl for this one............... :confused2

What I remember most is how he used to shadow box to seem tough.
He also used to try to breath fire but all he could muster up were puffs of smoke.....

Curious - when I search on Ebay, I put in either Godzilla Statue or Moore Godzilla.
When I go to closed auctions, neither of the two listed on the last page show up?
The titles clearly have Godzilla Statue in them, and I've tried in uppercase as well.

Any ideas why an auction wouldn't show up even when I have the keywords right? :confused:

I just don't want to miss it if one should appear on Ebay in the near future. :bawling:
