The SI has carried that Yoda for quite sometime now (displayed at the B&Ms). Definitely not the GG version.

I believe the GG version is mixed media + f/x lightsaber.

There should be a thread in the GG section that highlighted the details. I think it was available as a convention pre-order exclusive (I forget which one)

This was made by Rubie's. GG is going to be made out of some polysomething or other. I talked with the GG reps at the con about how theirs will last over time and said that it would. Latex and foam eventually breaks down. I have this piece and like it but I might sell it in a couple of years beacuse of that reason. Also the lightsaber in the link above looks like it lights up and it does not.

I've walked thru a couple but like you I think they are a rip off and they have nothing I want. Anybody looking to buy the Yoda look around. You can find it for around $300-$400 on ebay. It is a cool piece.

Definitely the Rubies version. Very misleading too that their picture is doctored to make the lightsaber look like it lights up.

I do like it though, got one from eBay quite some time ago for a whole lot less than this.
