When I talked to Heather less than a week ago she said he was on the boat and it would be about 2 weeks until they got him. She also said that due to it being Christmastime the docks and ports would be packed, as you can imagine, and that it could take a little bit longer. So Franky is coming but don't expect him before the end of the year. That's my best guess.
