Who are the Bowen 12 (or 13)?

OK. I've been on this forum since the beginning, but I only hooked up with the old Bowen forum toward the end. For my curiosity and the benefit of some of the newer forum members, what is the origin and membership of "The Bowen 12"?

My understanding is whenever you imitate the 3 monkeys (See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil) re: Bowen regardless of the circumstances you are mystically transformed into Bowen No. 13. As for the 12, they are the ones who are constantly in the monkey state and will slam anyone who speaks out against their master.

Truth be told, the “Bowen 12” were a group of forum hooligans that defended their "on-line gang”, whenever any of their members got into any disagreements with other forum members. The only problem was that each member didn’t know which number they were. The confusion lead to outsiders (forum lurkers), claiming a number in the gang, resulting in nobody even knowing who the “Bowen 12” were in the first place.

To make matters worst, the rumor of a newly initiated 13th member hit the top of the front-page thread, but the member was never disclosed, due to the closing of the original Bowen forum (Thanks Pimbot ;) ).

Sadly, Randy Bowen never got a chance to make the “12” (or had anything to do with it for that matter :confused: ) and to be honest, should sue for defamation of character.

Just don’t ask me who coined the “Bowen 12”. :redface:
