Two Hawkeye's?

Is it me, or are the two pics of Hawkeye on the Bowen sneak peek page different. In one he is shooting really high, in the other he isn't. At first I thought that maybe it had different holes on the base to pose him differently, but the leg is bent a whole different way. Any insights here? Is Randy offering two different poses?

I would assume the lower shooting pose came following comments made on the forum when the first pics were posted.

Not so much two statues as a tweaked one.

I'm 99.9% sure it's the same statue .. it's just the angle of the picture ... the one on the left seems to be taken at a slightly upward angle, giving the impression it's aiming higher ... the one on the right seems to be taken on a more level angle.

I thought there was somthing not quite right about the the one posted in the othere thread the head of Iron Man can be seen fairly un-coverd, yet an other view it seems to be coverd by more earth.
