I think all the FS for P3 have been "taken" (somewhere between 24 and 28 have been shown or confirmed) and QS wasn't among them.

I think the FS of Wolverine in blue spandex is next, then a Wolverine in yellow spandex is next, then a wolverine in blue and yellow spandex exclusive is next, so a Quicksilver Fs may be on the horizon.

I think with Vision on his way, Hawkeye in a few months, Quicksilver is a natural to follow somewhere down the road.
