1) Click Post Reply as usual.
2) In the Reply to Thread window find under Attach Files click the Manage Attachments button.
3) In the Manage Atachments window: click browse to go through your computer directories to locate the file you wish to upload. Note anything bigger than 300K will take a while or not work at all if too big.

Option 2:

You can use an external picture hosting site like tinypic.com.

1) Go to www.tinypic.com
2) Click on Browse to go through your own directories to find the picture you want to host. These can be larger than in option 1 but they will be reduced in size by tinypic and take a long time if too big. Select the file and click Open.
3) Back in the tinypic window clcik Upload.
4) You should then see Host Succesful and a thumbnail of your pic.
5) Copy the IMG line by selecting all of it and right-clicking and selecting copy in your mouse option.
6) Go back to your Reply window in the forum and by right clicking, select paste, placing the IMG line into your reply. Note that if by accident, part of the text-line is one of the blocked forum ( ex. A S S ) the image will not be displayed.
7) Click Submit Reply.

Sounds good but I think 300k is not going to work. If you can keep the pics to 100k or less you should have no problem. You have to remember that unlike a web hosting site, which you link to, when you upload the thumbnails they are actually stored on our server so bandwidth will come into play. The smaller the pic size the better.

I'm sure no one has gotten past the chest but she does look a bit cross-eyed in the pic. :)

You have open it in a photo editing program like Photoshop and then downsize it.
