What a nice way of thinking......Finding peace with the self, is not too difficult, mankind is a little more difficult as it met with such resistance from others, very difficult to harmonize with the Universe, when you have to share it with others who are consistantly restless with themselves, mankind and the shared universe. Vicious cycle.........I think we all seek the same things, however end up achieving very different goals.

I've told this one a few times so I don't want to wear out my welcome with this story.

When I was a kid we lived in a large New England colonial house. My two older sisters lived on the third floor, where there were only two rooms, a bathroom, hallway and an attic. They moved out for college when I was only 10. I moved all my stuff up there and, basically, treated the entire floor as my private sanctuary. I stored comics, drew my own comics, listened to my music, did my homework, etc.

My dad, a wonderful man with a great sense of humor, called me the Wierd Kid on the Third Floor, which he shortened to wktf. Was especially funny because east coast radio stations begin with a "w" so I sounded like a radio station.

It was a family name. None of my friends knew of it or called me that. Now that my dad's in his 80s and I've been on my own for 28 years, he still calls me that sometimes. It's a term of endearment that's very special to me.

Yeah and, I know, a few people have said they can't help mentally dropping the "k" when they see it. I think that's pretty funny, actually.

Oh, he ultimately does what I tell him too, but he sure does make it hard on himself sometimes. You would think he would learn...... :banghead:

I was so impressed by the Kucharek Brothers previews of the Watcher mini bust that I adopted it as my screen name. Plus, I always liked the Watcher.

this begs the question...where did SHE come up with that name?!?!?!?

Hell if I know.... I guess she figured it was pretty feminine and didn't think I would actually use it.

It still cracks her up when she still sees the screen name being used.

I think we have all thought about it at least for a moment or two. I think it's rather cute that you called her bluff.......lets just hope she doesn't go with a "suggestive" screen name as well. LOL :peoples:

I think I would consider this the most pornagraphic screen name on the boards....although Boobhound is a pretty good one.....I am sure there are others, "The Beav" comes to mind, but we will not go into that today........:o

Oh yeah, and I am sorry to offend anyone with my twisted mind (always in the gutter)......I'm sure it's my husbands fault......LOL

Same here as far as being obvious. I'm a member of lots of different boards and the first time I logged in here I wasn't sure if I was going to stay so I just quickly abbreviated my profession. All things considered, I wish I had chosen something cooler.

Although very boring, My first name is Rich and my fiance used to call me richbamf. she's got a fetish for indigo fur and a tail, which is not to say I look like Nightcrawler, but I have been known to move at almost teleport speed when her mother mentions dates for our wedding :confused2

Sleep In Death,

I use to use sleepingdeath after one of my favourite Metallica song's. But decided to change it a bit. It is kinda morbid name, but I assure you I am not a morbid individual.

I just like hevy Music, statues, comics and life in general:)

Relic Reaper

A Relic Reaper was a critter in an online RPG I played a while back. A friend of mine saw it and said it sounded like me (collecting relics, statues, etc.). Eh, it stuck.
