Has anyone had problems with these guys? I got a damaged At-At from them last year (January 2005). I've been having a hell of a time getting it replaced. Can someone tell me the best way to get through to these guys?

Mr has had some real quality control issues as of late. As well the telephone service people don't seem to know their own products. I have had quite a few problems lately and can relate to the issue you are having.
You might ask for Amy in customer service and see if she can expadite your problem to get it resolved. She has been on several prop boards helping to quickly fix such things.
