"From Hell's heart, I stab at thee. For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee."

Cool...look forward to the pics. If it wouldn't be inappropriate to ask, what did this set your friend back?

thanks for the the design pics frank. the part is the top "arc" piece. also, it didn't set him back because he was involved in the production of the movie.

How great would it be if someone did high quality collector's versions of these ships? I don't think Playmates did a Reliant class ship.

Master Replicas is coming out with a studio scale Enterprise!

It will be Original TV series, 1/350th scale (under 3 ft) and lighted with spinning warp nacelle effects.

Um yeah, gonna get that for sure! Gossip on the street is $1400.00.
Stressing the word "gossip" heavily.

I can see them.

Anyway, fantastic pics! The Y-Wing is still my favorite. What other cool stuff does your friend have? I know that Pixar was originally an ILM group prior to Jobs's purchase of it in 1986. I assume that your friend is one of the original Pixar people from the Ed Catmull ILM days. Very cool.

Too cool. I didn't realize how big that model must have been, based on just this section. Amazing detailing. Must have taken some time to create the entire ship.
