This was mentioned in one of the other kabuki threads floating around...from the sounds of it im assuming not...im not all that familiar with the character...so..and i was jazzed to possibly get this statue (its a great sculpt) and then as i was scanning one of those threads i noticed the mention of a Vqampire kabuki...was this even ever in a story line of hers?

dont know where a vampire variant would come in from the comics. unless it was in issues 3-6 of the new series. but i highly doubt it.

a variant they could do (dont know if they will - maybe for an AP if they do one of those as they tend to like to) is have the statue without the opera theater mask and have her scars down the right side of her face.

A vampire would make no sense, she isn't one in the comics.

It would be news to me, don't believe anything like this is going to happen. I don't remember seeing it in any of the Kabuki threads, but I could be wrong. Can anyone point to the specific post where it was first mentioned?

Can anyone point to the specific post where it was first mentioned?I think this may have started from a misunderstanding in this thread (http://www.statueforum.com/showthread.php?t=19595&page=2) (see posts #19-23). The other possibility may have been a mix of posts about Moore's Vampirella statue and Kabuki statue. Those are my theories, anyway.
