I've always been a DC guy, but as of recent I made the switch to MARVEL statues. I'm so sick of 50 different Batman and Superman statues! How long can the decision makers at DC ignore their other characters? No more props, movie statues or anything of the sort. How about some fresh faces?

I Have Never Really Bought Any Dc Statues. The Only One I Ever Had Was The Bolland Version Of Wonder Woman And Was Disappointed By The Size And The Details Of Wonder Womans Face. For The Price Range That Dc Is Selling Their Statues, One Would Figure The Size Would Be Comparable To Marvels Line. Although Some Are Pretty Nice, The Size Difference Is Noticeable.

I don't think DCD will take into consideration that there are a TON of people
who are Marvel AND and DC fans.

And the pricing will make people choice buying one or the other.

i talke to the big guns hired by dc and they recommended we petition for what we want together on a huge list to show how people want a change and what kind of changes!!!
like more characters from post#1, enough with the overly produced superman and batman, size being too small compared to every other company out there...and so on.

i stopped getting any dc stuff cause i'm convinced they're not going to make a change. how can the higher ups at dc be so clueless...don't they see eventual bankruptcy coming in their statue department????

I think it is probably safe to assume that none of the "big guys" at DC visit this site. I also would also guess that the notion of a petition would accomplish very little. If you like a product, buy it...if not, then pass on it. Simple as that.

MY god...finally someone agress with me...everytime i put a negative spin on HH , alot of people come to there defense....I mostly collect Bowen, and whatever sculpts i think are good. Granted some of the HH is good (Thing, Hulk, hercules looks pretty good) but everything u mentioned is dead on....

For the most part ...there asking prices...are on the high end...Every piece is starting out at $200?

Dc Statues Overall Are A Disappointment. The Sculpts While Not Bad Could Be Better And Their Size Is Small As Compared To Mr. Bowens. The Price Is A Big Factor To Me As It Is Much More Expensive As Compared To Mr Bowens With Ratio To The Size Of The Piece As Well. Dc Has Alot Of Untapped Potential Here But I Think Their Shortsightedness Is Their Undoing. I For One Would Love To See A Piece Made Of The New God Orion As Well As Others Of His Ilk. I Am Sure I Am Not Alone In This Sentiment.

Deathstroke, Deadshot and Orion would be great! I'd rather have new characters then the GL, Darkseid and Spectre done again. I personally love the Spectre and Darkseid stats that came out already. The one DC Direct HAl statue was good, but I'm not a fan of the 3 piece set. And I don't see the point of the dog until all the main 1st and 2nd tier characters are done.

dc doesn't read anything from the forum so i hope ray can guid them here and they'll see what collectors really want.

i stopped buying dc statues and won't get anything from them till i see consistent change and i hope the rest of you guys stop as well. you can always get it later on from ebay. i want dc to see a declline in sale so they'll look into making changes.

I know. Some of their alex ross stuff is good, but frankly I am getting tired of it. The need to go back to the oldies. I am hoping that they start producing some Premium Format figures like sideshow, but from what the superman looks like, it will be another failed line. Maybe dc should give some of the licenses to Sideshow or at least, some other company....
