No suprise seeing how Sony just anounced the shipping date for PS3. Probably trying to steal some hype away from Sony.

Looks like Gate's plan of shipping H3 the same day as the PS3 is off course.

I'll definitely buy it and I'm a fan of the series. Unfortunatley, I think'll be more of the same. H2 had improvements over the original but as a series gets into it's later incarnations it's hard to be innovative.

With a sneak peek like that it is difficult to get excited. I remember a few years back the buzz was in regards to the new darker Zelda for the Game Cube, and I am sure we all know that story by now.

I think Halo 3 will be different from the others in the sense that it's being built fro the Xbox 360 and will be much more graphically evolved. I don't have a 360 yet but I'm waiting for the 360 version 2 coming out early next year and then I'll get Halo 3 when that comes out.

You know when you've played too much Halo when you are on the toilet and you yell bomb armed, bomb planted!

I have yet to see one on sale in a store I have been in. Is Microsoft dumb?? problems with getting materials, making it "limited"?? What is the deal anyway?

I know the frustration. I looked high and low for one myself and then I gave up. I decided once they could stock enough units then I would buy. It was getting tiresome driving from store to store looking for one.

Until just recently, they've been plentiful in my area. It seems Rhode Island has been one of the last states to get a regular stock so maybe where your at is next. :)
