Hey everybody.
Finally got around to finishing this one up. Everythings done except the base. So with any luck ill be casting by the end of the week. The wings are flat right now and will ship that way to save space and shipping and reduce the chance of them breaking. Heat the resin up a bit and you can curve em how ya like. Anyhows here it is.

Thanks everybody. And good luck with your wings Kdawg...i know the pain you must be feeling lol. Great start so far BTW. And most pics of him ive seen he had furled brows, grim, emotionless, aloof kinda expression on his face. Was i wrong?

You are right on Poole... Archangel was an ornery emotionless bass turd when he was Death and right after...
Seriously man it looks great. the love the mechanical blade feel to your wings...
I chose the feathers and the pre-angel in part because I knew you were doing this one and I wanted to be different plus I knew yours would be great!
Awesome work Bro...

Its 1/6 scale. Body was 12 inches tall standing. There are arms and legs too if thats what you mean. I had already chopped it up for molding before i started the wings so they arent present in these pics.

Somewhere between 80-100 dollars is the usual for a 1/6 scale kit so in that range. Should begin casting by the first of next week.

Funny you should ask!! Was just working on this post lol. After the sculpt was done I was sorely in need of more room to do the molding/casting so i went and got me some various types of wood and built myself a studio. Still workin on the name. But heres some shots of that.

Here comes the walls!

Whats that! A roof and a door? WOOT! After the outside was done i got the inside done enough to work in so i could begin molding.

Heres the first piece im gonna try. Followed Dan Perez's tutorial as closely as i could.

And there it is all full of silicone. Now im gonna sit here and stare at it for 18 hours and see what happens. If i managed to get it right somehow the other pieces will soon follow. This stuffs kinda fun but silicone is pretty thick. Stiring it is a real chore. My wrist hasnt been this sore since puberty. Well wish me luck...back to stare at it...only 17 more hours.

It looks great, there will be lots of new creations to come from the cement "Poole".

Will be lotsa pics. I gotta do something for 17 hours.... Im in for the commercial Kdawg. You gonna do pokylips or should I? Was actually wantin to do one of him but its down the list a bit. Maybe no body will beat me to it although he seems to be gaining popularity lately. The way your goin youll be making kits in no time man. First tip for molding...have someone else stir the damn silicone.
