I've often considered getting this piece. Would you say it's worth the zillion dollars it costs?

Congrats on acquiring the bronze it looks amazing, and a nice low low number!!! :buttrock: Moore has always done fantastic bronze work my favorite of course is the "PITT" Bronze. The use of patina makes these bronze sculptures look truly unique.

Too true. I know I've spent more that a piece was actually worth just to get it. Congrats on the righteous piece. Clayburn Moore is my favorite sculptor.

I agree with the patina -- It definitely does make a difference and Moore's creations seem to come to life in bronze. I cant wait to see pictures of Witchblade bronze statues currently being worked on

Heck yes. Kudos to Clayburn for enriching the lives of us collectors. I heard he's going to be at San Diego Comic-con. Can't wait to hunt him down for his signature on every single Moore piece I own. Woohoo! Enjoy the bronze, apetrucc.

Not a big fan either really, but if Clayburn Moore is sculpting pretty much any character, it's gonna rock. I have the Witchblade II statue from years ago by him and Shungo Yazawa. It is truly beautiful. Also, what about the Aphrodite IX statue? Never even read it, but that piece is a Moore masterpiece...one's about to hit $800 on ebay right now with Clayburn's sig on it.

Here you go, #3/30.
One with flash, one without. She's a beauty and very heavy, of course.

I'm very happy with this piece. Wonder if #4 will get posted here too?

Definitely want to get more bronze busts. Need to find Doc Savage next, I guess. Anyone know of other true bronze busts of comic book characters, as opposed to painted ones? I have Bowen's Hellboy already.
