I may have to get it.

The statue look very good. I think the pose is better than the SS PF but if they pull off the PF costume great then I think I'll still prefer the PF. Not too mention it will be in scale with my SS PF Gobie :)

I thought the prices looked pretty good on these things as well.

I hope they will do some cosmic characters like the Silver Surfer. :buttrock:

Retail prices.

Spider-Man Character Statuette - $199
Spider-Man Mask Limited Edition - $129
Spider-Man Comic Book Scene Replica - $149
Spider-Man Mask Scaled Replica - $49
1940's Captain America Shield Scaled Replica - $35

Pretty great pricing given the size of the items especially after dealer discounts.

The edition sizes I've been told are also very fair.....not going to spill the beans. They weren't in the e-mail so it might have changed from what I have.

Mike the price is vvvvery fair but the shipping to the U.K. from MR is not . I do hope they have sorted it out by the time these come out.

Some dealers have very good intl. rates and Cards Inc will surely be distributing the products in the UK.

I do hope some one will have it in the U.K at as good a price as this ... but you know what its like you want to be one of the first to have it :0)

Do you think that the mask will be on some sort of dummy head? To keep the rigid facial shape? Also, do you think it was have a plaque???Thanks

What a great pity on the Spidey statue. The pose is awkward and silly IMO. His left arm if changed to match his right would make an awesome pose.

So, no one really answered the question: Is the spiderman mask wearable?.....................long akward silence ensues......................... :)

At some point it might be if these companies find themselves with too much product ijust sitting in their warehouses.

Oh, I imagine it got to be starting soon if not already. I'm feeling the pinch and I used to not be bothered by all the releases. Now there is too much for me to keep up with and I have what I consider a fair amount of disposable income.

I just don't want to see people leaving the hobby in droves and the market crashing.

I can't believe now MR is doing Marvel statues. Marvel is just prostituting there chracters out to everyone. Here's the link:

i hear ya Monster! we're all feeling a bit overwhelmed with so much great product out there. i am forced to re-evaluate my pre-orders. i've had to cancel a few to make room for a lot of these. mind you i only cancel pre-orders that are ordered direct (sideshow, MR). i always keep orders with retailers. i don't see myself leaving this hobby at all but i can understand the frustration .

Marvel is just money hungry. They are possibly thinking back to when they were nearly bankrupt and so they are financially afraid not to completely exploite their characters while they still can.

thats the time when we'll get good bargains! right now keep buying almost everything that comes out. when we all run out of space to display thats when warehouses won't be able to push stuff and out comes more customer friendly prices!!! :buttrock:
