Lost out on Cave Troll

Well I bid as high as $1335 on the Cave Troll and was out bid. There's some guy bidding on at least three of them. Won't go higher than that before Christmas. But I'm going to have a srious go in the new year. Its frustrating that you have to pay over the odds on some stuff. This started out at $300. Theres one on ebay for $1500 buy it now. Postage will be an extra $125.00 and I will probably be caught for an additional $300 - $400 on taxes. :thumbsdow

Sooner or later but I'll have to go on a fast from buying other stuff. An I have a feeling next year that Sideshow and Bowen will be producing awesome pieces.

Rick after I get you to do the Blade one, I think I'll have to get you to do that Cave Troll Bust too. It would be interesting to see to repaint the original Cave Troll Statue.

I saw one at a very small town comic shop over Thanksgiving weekend in my wifes home town, and the owner has a ton of stuff ( in a town that has maybe 6 blocks by 4 blocks mind you! - One major intersection!)

I have the original Cave Troll statue, and that is definitely one on my re-paint list. Hell, ALL my LOTR stuff (except the Balrog) are going to get re-done.
