1) I did color the leaves a subtle warm grey. I don't like the colored version though, and I'll probably end up doing it over. (For some reason the red looks funky, from when I turned it into a JPG. It lost resolution and got pixelated.)

2)Thanks! :)now i do see that the leaves are gray. i was expecting them to be green so i did not notice. and i just noticed the skull in the leaves. i think the red looks good. IMO.

1) maybe make the moon a different color? less yellow that way...

2) what is the significance of the flaming skull dropping out of the sky?

1) Like I said, I'm not really thrilled with the final coloring, I'll take your suggestion on the coloring of the moon.

2) There's no real significance of the skull. I put it there because it's as arbitrary as anything Mignola puts in his drawings. :laugh: (And I like skulls) ;)see now, that is a perfect chance to make some kind of a back story to your drawing :) maybe it was some kind of "cosmic skull shower" event that HB is battling. you have one in the bushes, another falling from the sky...who knows what else might be happening???
