Yes, perhaps even more than soccer...

Baseball is typically about 4 or 5 teams overall battling for the title.
The rest seem to be batha fodder.

Baseball needs to close about 10 teams.
There just isn't enough talent to go around.

Man, baseball has just been bad lately. Especailly the NL. I am too lazy, but would be interesting to see what the payroll for the teams that have good records are. Yankees, Red Sox..............can't think of anyone in the NL. :laugh:

(1) I disagree, GOLF is the most boring game on the planet. (2) There are only six division so if 4 or 5 teams are typically in it then overall the system is working. (3) 10 teams are way too much. Maybe 2 and relocating about 4 would improve certain markets for teams. (5) The talent is out there just look at this year & last years rookie class. It's a double edge sword though. I blame the owners for being cheap in many cases and not reinvesting profits in their teams (trust me no team iis going hungry). Even the Marlins owner is making money. The other ones that I blame is are the baseball gurus that come up with some of these ridiculous contracts.

i live upstate, not in the city...or near Buffalo, where they play the NHL games

i liked to play when i was a kid, but it is my least favorite sport to watch on TV. although i will check out some of the games when the Finals hit...but that is about it
