OK, I know the international folks don't have theirs yet. I sincerely apologize for that and take full blame for it. I should have been more on top of the warehouse out in CA to make sure everything was ok. A new list of your addresses and statue #s was sent to them for immediate shipping, so hopefully they are on their way out. I will contact the warehouse this week to confirm they are being shipped.

But, there were a few people in Canada and Military Personnel who we also had problems with. Since UPS doesn't ship to Canada without a Phone # or APO addresses, I have a feeling that some of those orders got held back as well. Please PM me if you are still waiting on your Hulk so I can contact the warehouse ASAP.

To all international orders. Please PM me your Phone # as it is apparently required in order to ship your statue (I guess this was part of the hold up to begin with). I am going to try and e-mail as many of you as possible, but I figured this would be a good way to get the word out as well. Please include your Forum ID, your real name, and your phone # in the PM. I can't believe I need to contact anyone just to receive my statue. My money was gladly accepted months ago, so why couldn't my shipping information be handled just as easily? I don't like the idea of having to contact anyone just to receive my order, because it should be the other way around.

Anyway, it's my money to be lost, so info will be resent later. :banghead:

Because UPS won't ship to an APO, which is the address you supplied to us. Besides, you're not an international, so this doesn't apply to you anyway :stick:

Yeah, that's basically what happened. The person who originally got #16 ended up not wanting it (they wanted the Thing instead), so the Grey Hulk had been sitting around.
