wow, great story ... so this guy was stabbed in the heart and left the barb in, and survived ... wonder what would have happened to Steve Irwin if he hadn't pulled out the barb?????

He wasn't stabbed IN the heart, just in the chest NEAR the heart. From what I had heard, Steve Irwin was allergic to the venom in the barb......
