View Full Version : Lousy Public Relations/Customer Services

I don’t know whether anyone from Sideshows Public Relations view this forum but there are a few things you should be aware of.

1. Your organisation does not always respond to requests on updates of order (Customer Services). I have written on a number of occasions about my order for Gandalf the Grey without response. The order was made on June 1, and the statue has been in stock and out of stock twice since. What is going on here?
2. Ordered two second chance items, which I was delighted to get. However, the items where left in with my neighbours before an email to tell me they had shipped or before I was given a tracking number. I have only recently moved into this area and don’t know my neighbours that well. What’s going on here?
3. Offered an opportunity to buy Ugluk Captain Figure, then to be told that the offer was a mistake and only applied to American Warehouse only. I can accept this as human error but when you read the previous you being to wonder.

Sideshow you make a class product and many of the members of this forum are huge fans of your product. Hell I’ve just paid over €1000 for a Cave Troll. You are being let down by the people taking the orders and your public relations team. I hope you improve in the New Year.

Guys I'm one of their biggest fans and just love their product. Its frustrating when they don't respond to emails..
