From day one, and throughout the 40's (and even into Cap's "Commie smashing" days in the 50's), Bucky's collar was yellow...not red. Red came along in the 60's with the ressurection of Cap. So, in essence we've got a Rick Jones Silver Age Bucky folks...not Bucky Barnes.

Yeah, seems that way. The most frustrating part is that with a little more attention to detail (in paint applications, and minor sculpting changes), they could have all been perfect. :(
