This was dealt with in the deleted thread so I'll repost.

The Captain has the same costume as USAgent. Technically they are not the same as John Walker is bigger then Steve Rogers, but realistically they can be swapped out as statues without having to resculpt a "bigger" USAgent.

No comment on the art. Just the idea of those heroes forming a team, and that team being in Canada and it being called Omega Flight leaves me wondering what the heck Marvel is trying to do with this min-series.

I quite like the costume, mainly because the "John Walker is Captain America" arc had started as I was getting in to reading Marvel comics. I think it would make a good FS statue, but not something that I would buy.

What is the differance between "The Captain" & "US Agent?"
The difference is in who's wearing the outfit. There was a period of time during which Steve Rogers stepped down as Captain America in protest of...something. (I can't remember what; perhaps Watergate or Vietnam or something?) Once he did, he started calling himself "The Captain" and went around in the red, white and black costume. After he took up the mantle of Captain America again, someone by the name of John Walker (who had been Captain America while Steve Rogers was the Captain) started using the Captain outfit and instead called himself U.S.Agent. I think he was supposed to be working for the government doing covert ops or somesuch. Now he apparently works for the Canadian government. I dunno, Marvel's all screwed up these days.

He was protesting his having to answer to the goverment, he stated that he served the american public and not the goverment in office. His superiors disagreed and he quit. Which is pretty much what his stance in the civil war was.

Politics changes week to week and you can't always side with the views of power. Sometimes Right is right no matter what
