There's a great big world out there beyond the Marvel Universe, gentlemen.

Give the Goon some LUV!!!!

So who is that, bring on the name!

BTW, the Goon really deserve better feedbacks.

Well.........um, uh shouldn't it have been an African-American type of fellow? Either a hero or a villian that was more of the Non-caucasian race type? Don't mean to sound racist or NAACP but, if we was going to have a MLK sneak should it have been a white guy with a wrench in his hand????

Just sayin..........:confused2

What's the fun in that!?!?

Goon wears the "Dockside Fighting Fish-Canners" football jersey in that issue. Nothing earth shattering, but it's a real nice nod and inside joke to the Goon faithful. Which, judging from the response on this board is nil.

After reading most of these comments, I just don't understand it. It's insulting to post all kinds of needless complaints. It's not even constructive. I realize it's not the "insert-lame-4th-tier-Marvel-character-that-you-have-a-hard-on-for", but come on. If it ain't your bag, move aside for the people that do care (all 2 of us).

To clarify, I LOVE the Goon comic, and this statue rocks! Even still, I only need one of them...

I'd love to see more MBs of the different Goon characters :buttrock:

me too.

The Gray shirt version will be solicited in the Diamond catalog. The Canners shirt version will be a convention exclusive , only available at Eric Powells booth (Goon creator).

He has not yet set the edition size for the Canners shirt, but it's probably only going to be a couple hundered. It's not been decided yet.

PS- The other sneaks that I thought were going to be posted were the Iron Man mini-bust series. I'll try to get Heather to post those later today (unpainted)

Eric Powell always has a booth at SD Con. I usually buy prints from him every year. Maybe I might snag this exclusive if I make it over there this year. I hope it's not pricey.

Thats a cool idea - And since I probably won't make it to a con I will just get the regular edition :buttrock:

By the way Randy, any more Goon minibusts planned?

I met eric powell out in chicago and I have to say he is the nicest person to greet his fans. He signed my goon bust, and even did a sketch piece on the bottom for me, really a great person to his fans. I even asked him to sign the box and he said no problem..... I wish more artist dealt with fans the same way

I really like the Goon, and for those of you that don't know, Dark Horse puts it out. It worth anyone's time to pick it up. I've met Eric a few times at the San Diego Con, he always had a small table set up. He's very personable, a great sense of humor, and very down to Earth. A good creator that puts out a very solid book.
I recommend the Goon comic to anyone, and thanks Randy for doing a fullsize.
