I've always had a soft spot in my heart for Mangog because his first few appearances occurred during the same time that I started reading comics. I consider him to be the ultimate monster/villain and the stories and art were great.

That having been said, I think he's too ugly to be sculpted and too obscure to be produced commercially but thanks for mentioning him.

I would go for all 3 on a minibust but maybe only kurse on full size

This is a tough one for me to decide. On one hand I love Mangog, Kurse and Surtur villians and they would make great FS stautes. MB IMO wouldn't work on these guys because it would show only a portion of the character and a FS is needed to show who/what you're dealing with. Maybe Kurse or Surtur could get away with being a MB but not Mangog, he needs those claws and tail to know who he is.

However with that said, I think that these three are so obscure that I couldn't even justify them being made into statues, and I'm a champion for the Destroyer who is more popular on these boards than these three combined. I think if Bowen did decide to make any of these three, they would be in very limited quanities, say 100 or more at about $300.00- $400.00 a pop, ouch.

Nope, Not me. I'd rather see teams finished first. Alpha Flight, X-Men, X-Factor, X-Force, etc. H3LL, anything related to the X-titles.

Personally, I'd love to see Surtur and Kurse given the bust treatment. Kurse just flat out looks cool and would sell even if people didn't know who he was.

An oversized Walt Simonson inspired Surtur with some translucent flame effects would rock! It may not be as visually enticing as a Balrog, but it would be close. With Ghost Rider hitting the big screen this year, maybe flaming demon dudes will become the hip thing and help further the cause :D

I would buy all three, we've been down this road before but heck throw in Hela, Enchantress, Malekith etc...oh and Volstagg and the Warriors3 but I have an Asgardian Bias

these would be visually stunning but I agree that they should be done FS IMO. Surtur might be tough to pull off due to the flames but Kurse and Mangog would be cool. I am not sure how much demand that these would get though ... probably a pipe dream.
