2 THINGS
1- several forums? what other forums,..where?
2-Marvel can't be that concerned with accuracy with the pieces they've let other companies come out with. It always amazes me when bd has to get the ok from marvel. BD's standard is obviously way higher that Marvel could ever hope to have.

That was a given... Phase III ends on Dec 31st, 2007... that is when the contract is up... you dont know when the interview took place...
