...here's a 'bronzed' Galactus bust we did after a guy dropped it and it 'exploded' in his den. We've done lots of work for him and he didn't want it back so we put him back together, resculpted the missing pieces and decided to give him a new finish. Looks 10 times better in person because we used different shades of bronzing powders so he's not 'uniform' all over.

We were gonna do a "Buy it Now" on Ebay next week for $85.00 which includes S&H, but if anybody's interested before that time just let us know. It will ship in the orginal box as well.

Boondocksaint,
We normally bronze a typical mini-bust, with no alterations such as resculpting/repairs, for $45.00 which includes S&H. This Galactus piece is a bit higher because of the extensive repair work we did on it. We do most of these BECAUSE they get damaged and a lot of guys/gals think it's a great opportunity to add a unique 'bronze' to their collection. We're currently re-doing a Doom bust..he'll have the bronze look except where his 'metal' shows and that will be finished in an antique silver. We think it's gonna look really cool with the two finishes. Have a great one!

We do have a 'contractor' who does chrome finishes. We can get a quote from him and pass that info on to you. He chromed a Silver Surfer kit from the U.K. about a month ago for a client of ours and it was beyond words. Quality work...will let you know,

Thanks Bartman,
There's something about a bronze version of some of these that really gives an extra air of class to the character. We get a lot of requests for this process, even on perfectly good prepainted pieces. I couldn't see a whole collection full of these but one here and there looks pretty great.

Yeah, that is amazing. I want to do it to some of my busts that are in just fine shape! Uh-oh, I see me buying a double of something for the first time so I can add this classic look to my collection.
