Question for the comic guru's here:

I'm looking to purchase an Absolute Edition of the Batman Vampire trilogy:
Red Rain / Bloodstorm / Crimson Mist

Is there such a thing available or planned at all, or are only the separate
individual editions available?

Thanks for any information!

Only separate editions, as far as I know, although I wouldn't be surprised if they did an absolute version. This is a very popular storyline.

Crap. I've got the Absolute Kingdom Come and I love having everything in
one book and hardbound to boot. Looks like I've got a decision to make on
whether to get the Bat Vamp books separately and temporarily until an
Absolute Edition is ever created.

Thanks for the info Bt!

I own all these separate volumes and even reviewed them once for this forum. I love these books and would LOVE and Absolute packaging for them!

I recently checked out Bloodstorm from my local library, and liked it.
They didn't have the first book Red Rain in circulation for some reason.
They also didn't have Crimson Mist available either in the library circulation.

My question is this: Does Batman as a vampire look different in Bloodstorm
than he does in the third book Crimson Mist? I suspect he looks different in
the third book in the series, based on the events of at the end of the 2nd
book, but not having read it I wanted to ask those here who have.

Thank you for any information. (or pictures/links to pictures if available)

Yes, he looks significantly different. His frame is more skeletal and his face is significantly distorted and monstrous. At the end of Red Rain he looked more human with fangs, the way vampires are traditionally portrayed.
