Thats right, who needs quantom bands or the name Quasar to be protector of the universe. Sure the daughter of Mar-Vell dons the Quantom bands and becomes the new quasar, but still not the protector of the universe.....:banghead:


So a fun character like Gravity, which was a fun read BTW (got the TPB from a friend). Now goes off the become a cosmic character thats the protector of the universe. Im so confused on what marvel is thinking.:confused:

The Beyond HC is actually already out. It was nothing amazing but still a pretty fun read.

I think you're right. I didn't understand why the Watcher showed up in Beyond but given it was the principle event leading to Gravity's new role, maybe that's the reason.

His introductory mini-series was pretty good as was his appearance in Beyond. I particularly liked how everyone thought he was with the X-Men because of his gravity symbol.

Good new character in the style of early Spider-Man.
