download took over 2 hours.I only had time for one match before heading to bed .From the small taste ,I can say graphics are good - not mind blowing ,I'm playing on a 1080p 56 " HDtv. Halo 3 will be awesome,but right now I still love Gears of War alot more . Its the same Halo but prettier.

My download took only about 25 mins.

It's cool. The graphs are realy good. People might expect/want them to be even better (like me) but truth be told those are already sick graphs. Maybe the background need some more detailing/filling but it's still the beta and as it is you just know it's going to be killer :thumbs2:

On G4 they said that the single player graphics would be better than the multiplayer. Seems odd but I guess it could be, looked pretty cool from what they showed on "Attack of the Show".

The graphics in the BETA will not be the final graphics. The game will look better at release :thumbs2:

I was able to sit down and really play for a few hours last night. It was good to be playing Halo again. The new maps were great and really well laid on. The new weapons and vehicles were also very cool. Great graphics of coarse. I like the set up of the controller and the stat screens and lobbies.

Tried this out at a friends house the other day. It's good. It's Halo online. Not alot of surprises. I've never been a big fan of online fragfests. It gets old really fast for me. I'm looking forward to the campaign.
