98% of the Exclusive Witchblade statues have shipped out. If you haven't
received yours, please be patient. They will all ship out.
Ick Exclusive / Nate / Vince / Regular Witchblade should be out within a
week or so. Note that you have to give it time to arrive to you after we
ship.

Shipping note:
As you know, many manufacturers have items arrive a few months after their
expected release date. This happens because they run into delays or too many
things happening at the same time. The same happens to us. As of late, many
manufacturers have been releasing multiple items at the same time. The last
two weeks, we received 16 items. This means over 1500 statues / busts. It is
virtually impossible for us to ship everything out the same day so we can
run into heavy delays as well. When manufacturers ship on a regular basis (a
few products a month), it's smooth sailing for us since the work is spread
out. But, when they don't ship for 3 weeks and then release 5-8 pieces the
same day, it will create delays. We have to inventory the product, scan all
of the product, process the orders and then ship them out. We want everyone
to be aware of this because sometimes what happens on this side of the
business is unknown so there is really no way that you might know why there
are certain delays.
Charges:
It is your responsibility to give us updated expiration dates. This is a
huge delay. Starting next week, any order that has an expired or declined
card will receive an email notifying this and given 3 days to change /
update it. If it is not updated, the order will be cancelled. We loose a few
hours every time a product is released on this. Our plan is to waste as
little time as possible so we can get the product out to you as fast as
possible.
Newsletter:
We will be posting our newsletters in StatueForum.com and in a section of
ComicStatues. There will also be a "frequently asked questions" section as
well.
Star Wars Celebration IV Convention:
We will be going to the con this coming Wednesday and be out for a week. We
want to get everything shipped out before we leave so most of our time will
be spent on that. If you have any questions, please wait until after the con
since we will be pretty busy until after we return. If you are in the LA
area, please swing by our booth!
