We just returned after being gone for a week at a very successful Star Wars Celebration IV convention. Our first task is to make sure all items that were scheduled to be shipped, went out.
We have already spoken to some via phone today about missing Witchblade Exclusive statues. All of the Witchblade statues have been shipped. If you already emailed us about your statue and have not received a reply or phone call, email us again, we won't mind. There seems to be a handful of customers that were suppose to receive their statue and have not. Since they are shipping directly from Moore Studio, it becomes a bit more complicated to track down but they are checking one by one from the list we sent over today. Normally, when we ship directly, we can find out the shipping status within a day or so but since we are not handling the shipping, it is more complicated.
Regular Witchblade, Walking Dead Zombie busts and Aphrodite IX statues will not be shipping via Moore. We contacted them today and asked them to ship all of our inventory to our warehouse and we will ship them from there. It will be a longer process but it will be easier to track and everyone will receive a UPS tracking number after it ships so you will also have a notification that it is going out to you.
All of our preorders have gone out as of last week. This includes the Bowen statues and busts and Gentle Giant statues and busts. Again, if you have not received yours yet (or an email from UPS unless you're international), please let us know.
By tomorrow, we will have all new items up for order and hopefully by next week we will announce a couple more exclusive deals that we have obtained.
For those of you that were not able to go to the SWCIV convention and wanted to purchase the Koto Yoda exclusive, you can now obtain it via us at the regular convention price of $60 plus shipping. There is no mark-up or reason to go via ebay and pay twice the retail amount. We do not have any other exclusive available as of this date.
We will be at the Wizard Philly con in about 2-3 weeks so those that will be attending, please swing by and say hi. It was great meeting everyone in LA and I see that some of you go to all the cons like us! I hope our future exclusives will excite you as much as it has excited us and thanks to your support we will be working hard in obtaining more for you.
