Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix coming to XBLA

The Capcom arcade classic receives a whole new look with Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. Capcom maintains the integrity of the popular game by utilizing the original game code while upgrading the graphics with new artwork and high resolution 1080p images -- all of the art, from character animation to stage backgrounds, will be completely redrawn by Udon Entertainment, the company responsible for the official US Street Fighter series of comics. Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix includes both online and offline competition for one to two players.

Only problem for me tho is i dont own xbox and prob never will. So unless Capcom gets off their asses and makes a SF4, i just keep playing the old ones.

That's right guys..I work for Udon and I've seen some of the new stuff. This thing's going to freakin rock! Anyone who's a fan of SF will need this. The only bummer is that the animation won't be improved like SF3 was. The art's going to look SO much better, though that you probably won't notice too much. Oh yeah!

Ditto that! SF3 was the best in the series imo, the animation was awesome. With re-drawn hi-def characters like this it would have been unbelievable :buttrock:
They should do SF4 for XBLA but keep it 2D those 3D SF games were awful :banghead:

I agree. I don't know why we aren't seeing new 2D games coming to XBLA. I know i would pay 20 bucks for a new SF game.

I was just reading on this, and from the beta forums there is tons of bugs still.

At least SF4 is up for pre order on game stop! So looks like i need a PS3 before Feb 2009.
