Whew! I think that's everything. Now to get those last few remaining somewhat affordable pieces.

To a great extent I have picked up many of these pieces off eBay in the last 4 months or so. I basically went over the edge and into the hole after seeing the LOTR Trilogy exhibition in Boston at the end of the summer (truly a fantastic exhibition). I have been selling off much of my collection so that I could pay for all this and it's been working pretty well. I'll be selling quite a bit more to build the war chest and finance the final phase and the assault on the BIG BAD drive you into bankruptcy pieces.

Now to set up my display!!!!!!

All of you guys have very admirable collections. I didn't catch on late, just never jumped on board. I do want a couple busts, but all I have is a Morgul Lord, Balrog Flame of, all the mini statues that came with the Extended Editions of course, and Sauron on the way. I keep seeing you guys put down a Treebeard bust? I never seen this one, until now, wow 300 bucks for him, he must have been huge. I would have liked a smaller version then. Even though I know they tried to keep them all in scale. But hey if they make a Sauron bust, would it be nearly as big?!?!

I thought I finally had it when I got one on a BIN on eBay with a guy from England. The set arrives and I tear into the box only to come crashing down when it turns out to be the Fellowship #2 set. I was pissed and then hopeful that it wasn't a scam. He said his wife screwed up the listing and refunded the whole thing plus shipping back to him. Damn that was disappointing.
