Bowen Thor Statue has just been shipped to us. It should be arriving by first of next week. We will begin preparing the orders tomorrow. Please note that when your account is noted as "shipping" (or partial), it means that a statue(s) has been paid for. You should expect to see it shipped about a week after that since we try to get all the charges before the statue actually arrives so shipping can be faster.
Witchblade Exclusive:
We just cross checked all the orders with all the directly shipped orders from CSMooreStudios and found a series of missing orders. The list has been sent to them so they should be begin to ship very soon. To avoid any future situations, we will no longer have drop shipments for these exclusives. We prefer to ship ourselves even though it will add an additional 2 weeks in transit from CSM to us but this way we can check each specific shipment, send tracking numbers (they don't use that system) and simplify all questions to be sent just to one party instead of several. This has been a learning curve and we appreciate your patience and support.
We will be emailing those on the list within the next two days so you will be aware that your order is being taken care of.
Regular Witchblade Statue, Ick Exclusive and Walking Dead busts:
We requested all of them to be sent to our warehouse so as soon as they arrive, they will be shipped out. Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as they ship.
