Yo Big Sam, I need a ruling!!

Yo Sam I got into it with Bats in the sports section. I know the answer but I’ll put this in question form just to make this official being that this is the Ask Sam Wilson thread. I need an official ruling on this. Bats committed an urban sin by accusing me The General of being a hater because I don’t like the Spurs. Now I know his lame argument will be that I’m hating because I’m calling them boring but the Spurs being boring is popular opinion therefore I’m not hating - I feel it would be hating if I was the only one saying this but I’m not. Aside from calling them boring I have made no comments that can be viewed as straight up hate’n. Anyway here’s the question.

Is there a difference between hating something and being a hater?

And the Spurs have been boring a long time, even with David Robinson (one of my all time favorite centers). And FYI I am NOT a LaBron fan, in fact, I may indeed be a LaBron hater. But nontheless, The General is not a Hater.

1) You are a spurs hater in my book. Replying to EVERY positive post about the spurs with a ZZZZZ proves that. Oh, and you're a Dr. Strange hater, too.
