Question on LEGEND Lord of Darkness 1:1 Bust

Haven't seen one on the bay for a long time, so if it's reasonable to you and you really want the piece, then i say go for it. Obviously find out what a couple have gone for first, but still keep in mind they're rare and even though you might pay a little more then what the last one went for, it might still be worth it to you.

Thanks GR!! I've seen the 1:1 busts before at my comic shop but they have them displayed too high on top of a rather huge glass cabinet that they normally display statues, that it's often hard to tell cool they actually look (they only have the 1:1 Spiderman left).

I always loved Yoda and I had a chance to scoop him up from BBTS for $439.99 (after 20% discount during a special sale about a week or 2 back). Shipped it only came out to $484.99 but it was well worth the money. For those that don't the Yoda...Pics look great, but they don't do it complete justice until you see it in person...I have definately entered the 1:1 world...

Yeah, it went within an hour of listing, so I think I might have gotten more... hated to let that one go, but I'm over-run with stuff and had to decide to let a lot of things go to clear some space and funds. I only decided to sell Darkness because of the Premium Format; if that hadn't been announced, I'd still own the bust!

Have one on the hook but shipping is over 400 bucks with DHL, does that sound about right to you guys who own the bust and have the exact dimensions and weight of the bust packaged in it's box (not SS's flimsy ones)?

I'll have to accept those s/h charges as it's worth it to me and frankly there's no other way as these aren't exactly growing on trees here in Europe, or anywhere else for that matter. The seller wanted an insane amount at first but i got him down to a more reasonable amount. Still high though and my statue fund will be slim for a little while lol. I'm lucky the USD isn't all that strong converted to SEK. That's a big help but we still ain't talking cents here an it'll be my single most expensive single piece i've purchased to date. That is, until the CM Preddy gets released sometime just after we've colonized Mars.

Well, let's hope it works out this time. Almost feels like i could retire from statue collecting after acquiring this piece.

Yeah,in fact the horns are approx.75cms(30") long!
And from the top of the horn to the base the bust measures 100cm/40".(and not 36" as stated on the SS site)

The box has approx. the same sizes as the one from the SS predator maquette.
