sideshow staff visiting threads

Wouldn't it be nice if some of the SS staff came on the board and posted little sneaks of what's coming up next? Or just posted a few little teasers that might come in the future?

They may do this on the Freaks board, but I don't go there very often.

I know some of the sculptors drop by and thats nice.

Yeah, thats what will probably happen, so you can`t blame them for staying away.

For the most part people are quite positive about Sideshow. A company must be prepared to take the positive with the negative where it is due but sometimes people go over the top. Besides, they have their own board.

Well, the other companies do it and they take all the crap so I don't think it would bother the SS staff.

No, all sneak peaks and teasers seem to be kept for email/news letters but they do give a little info out occasionally.

alot of negative Nacy's in this thread....I've noticed its only the ones who get damaged pieces. I've had a couple of incidents, but do they not always get taken care of? The day SS tells me to piss off when I have a problem, is when I stop buying SS. But they've ALWAYS taken care of me.

I had 3 straight broken/scarred pieces before cap. SS is definitely good in the service dept.

I wasn't talking about SS coming on the boards to discuss stuff. I was just talking about them coming on the board and posting a sneak or a teaser. No discussions. It would be nice.

For the most part I love sideshow I think they have some awesome sculptors and their customer service is great, but their quality control is very lacking IMO. It seems that a lot of pieces get out without a decent inspection and if they say it would take to long to inspect that is a bunch crap as it takes longer to ship, receive, inspect, rebox, reship, receive, account for, reship, receive, inspect and hopefully everything is ok.

Sideshow customer service is the best, but their QC disappoints me. I have had 3 pieces with problems my Legendary Scale Iron Man (awaiting replacement), Legendary Scale Dr. Doom (awaiting 3rd and Final replacment) and Cap PF (awaiting replacement arm).
