(for those that don't know, cap excl. comes in a 2 teir compartments like the hulk vs spidey and the smaller compartment holds some parts of the exclusive)

the styrofoam inserts for the exclusive has another compartment. as soon as i opened the box i knew it was trouble cause the inserts werent sealed with qc sticker. there was huge gap and cap was falling out.
there is no cut outs for the excl. parts and it was stacked on top of where ever there was any room.

the cloth pants are completely ripped, the reason you can't tell is cause its actually painted blue underneath.

To be a lover of art like this, then to think someone is able to take a statue and destroy it to make a company look bad is horrible.

No matter what company it was I couldnt destroy a piece of art.......someone would have to have a sick twisted mentality to damage beautiful sculptures...........I cant even stand to see one broken by accident:bawling: :confused2

its hard to tell in the pics but there is a stain on the white and red parts and part of the red stripe is faded from the rest of the area and it is obvious when seen in person.

I wonder if I got your styrofoam insert? My regular edition had an extra compartment on top that only had the base and the bent up girder. There were abunch of other places for things to go into as well, but alas, they were all empty:( .

I can't believe SS's quality control is so $hitty. This was my first statue from them and it arrived in good shape, but I've heard so many horror stories. Sorry to see that you have a horror story of your own Tony.

on a side note.. years ago i worked a temporary QC job at a multimedia company. we would test sound card chips for any faults by listening to short midi tunes. man, that job was soooo boring! i only had it for a month. lol. anyway, some testers were let go because they went through their assigned chips too fast. i was amazed at how badly these things were not tested more thoroughly.
