We should contact SS regarding the packing!

I received the PF captain American and the packing was great. They put 4 styrofoarms on each corner of the original box. Same goes to PF General Grievous statue. I think we should contact SS to have them do the same for all the future statue, bust, figure, etc..

I don't think a lot of fedex guys can throw around that box with the hulk in it.

I remember the exclusive Western Ghost Riders came in regular packaging that was dug out to fit the flames on the base, that's why most of them arrived broken.

I like the air wall packaging, but sometimes it has its disadvantages. Due to there being nothing solid behind the outer shipping box they tend to get penetrated easier and you usually end up with the inner box damaged too.
However it does add that little extra protection to the item being shipped, which is more important.

It's been a while since they put Styrofoam on each corner of the box of some PF. I know they do that more often with a 1/6 collectible.

I'll phone them next week guys. Perhaps more of us should do that so they realize that it's an important matter.

I've only had one PF (Lurtz) and that didn't. I kinda agree with trilogy, its kinda good and bad

Neither they did on the HUGE Predator Maquette box and many others statues and 1:1 Busts. It should be mandatory.
