Morgul Lord and Fell Beast

I have just purchased this from Ebay and the seller said that is was in excellent condition. Upon receipt, the statue was thick with dust and there are quite a few paint chips on the morgul lord himself.

I emailed the seller, and she said she hasn't had the item out of the box for over a year and had never seen the paint damage (its quite hard to miss, as its all down his left side)

If you received an item like this, what would you do?

I would return the item back to the seller. And if she doesn't want to cooperate, then contact Paypal for a refund. :)

Dust it off and be happy with it....assuming the paint chips can be fixed or are not that bad.

If they do stand out but you want to keep it then ask for some money back for the cost of repairing it.

Yeah, its is repairable - i can probably touch it up with some black paint. I'll mail her again and see if she can knock some money off it as i paid the market value for a mint item, and it clearly isn't mint.

I know alot of these had broken spikes. Good thing yours didn't at least :)
