These arrival dates are not guaranteed. These are approximations given to me as of today.
Shipping:
Please remember that next week the priority will be international orders. They have been patiently waiting for all of the US / Canada orders to go out the last couple of months so now it is their turn to get their product. It is a very time consuming thing to do since we have to go to the post office, make a line and fill out the customs forms. They don't pick up international orders and they also don't allow us to take too many boxes at one time.
After that, they will ship out on a first arrive, first ship basis.

Harry Potter Hagrid Bust: we stated that this product was released while it has not been so. Our apologies for that mistake.
We want to have all the orders ready to go when the product arrives. If you have an expired credit card, please send us your order number with your new expiration date to sales@comicstatues.com (sales@comicstatues.com).
If your card is declined, your only form of notification will be via an automated "change of status" or your order being changed to "payment declined".
I also want to stress, please read the newsletters for shipping updates. We receive about 50 emails every time an item is being released asking us if the item was released or when it will be. It takes us too long to reply to all emails personally so we have to use this newsletter system to reach the masses faster. Many of you that have spoken to me on the phone know I love to chat but at times I have to try to streamline as much as possible.
I will be making some changes to the site within the next couple of weeks such as FAQ section. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
