Okay Sideshow,
so the Star Trek PFs didn't work out ... 3 figs.
The Star Trek busts were... well...kind of a bust,
But I think the third time with a 12" line could be the charm.
> Huge, loyal fanbase (even if they are cheapskates)
> Similar uniforms and accessories
> Timeless, iconic characters perpetually seen in syndication
> only need a couple of your articulated/buck body sizes for each gender (let's say 3 males and 2 females)
> @ $39-$49/per you might get both the fan market and the casual collector market
> New Trek movie coming out in 2008 (or is it '09)
Here's what I'd like to see
TOS
> Kirk, Spock, Bones, Scotty, Sulu, Uhura, Chekov, Kang, Romulan, Green Orion Slave Girl, Gorn, Andorian, Mirror Universe variants
TNG (3rd/yr uniforms)
> Picard, Ryker, Data, Geordi, Worf, Crusher, Troi, Gowron, Romulan, Borg, Q
DS9 (my personal favorite)
>Sisko (bald & beard), Kira, Odo, Jadzia Dax, Quark, O'Brien, Bashir, Jem Hadar, Martok, Gul Dukat, Weyoun
VOY
> Janeway, Chakotay, Torres, Paris, Neelix, Doctor, Tuvok, 7 of 9, Kim
ENT (not a fan, but guess you'd have to include)
Bridge Crew, whoever they are.
Maybe you could release 2-3 from each series a year, starting with the captains and first officers. Add in the aliens, and you're golden.
