Thor vs Loki possible solution

Looking at the reference art, the sculpt is not an exact translation - also, the image never appears inside the actual book. So since some creative license is being taken anyway;

Why not incorporate elements from the artwork of the hardcover which has Thor wearing a cape and signature belt? (photoshop below)

i am still on the fence with this piece. it would have been an easy buy if instead of the chair, it would have been either: 1)the snow scene or 2)"floating" like the actual covers. ive been spinning the 360 image trying to figure out how the hell i am going to display it if i pull the trigger on it.

I know, tha black and white boots are killing it for me.
Endless-the cape and belt would make it soooo much more appealing to me and perhaps pull in more fans who like the classic Thor we all know from the comics(before that mini came out of course).
It would be a smart move by SS to make these changes,but have they ever changed something like this at last minute?They sure aren't like BD in that regard.

it makes the piece more visually appealing and the red color adds a nice contrast to the over black of thors costume!!!
