I had to sign up at charlieoscardelta.com, then they chose a certain number of people to be able to download it. I do believe they will be doing that several times. I hear that there is a way around that though, I'm not sure how though.

just got it. go through gamespot to get it now. it's okay, but its a little too run and gun for me.
