Just wondering if they were hollow, or if they were solid statues.
Thanks everyone.

They are solid statues made of Cold Cast Porcelain.
Although some people has found variances in the weight of the Royal Guards and there were rumors than some of then might be hollow but this was never confirmed.

Go ahead,

I'll give a big round of applause to the collector who'll break a Royal Guard for scientific purpose.

GO GO GO!

Just the other day I was actually wondering if it was a different type of polystone. Size for size compared with other lines, Attakus pieces always feel heavier, more dense. That's a good thing, except for extra shipping costs.

Thats interesting.

Do they produce statues in two different ways? Some hollow some not?

800 grams seems like a big difference, almost a kilogram. wow. How do we know the Jabba is not solid for certain ?

Are both your Royal Guards of the same edition. ie: both Worldwide(/1500) or both Japanese (/200)

Can Stephane confirm that all the statues of a particular character are made at the same time and using the same method.

both statues are from the 1500-line. I know (thanks to darth mystery) that there are more statues which show this weight dispersion but as far as he could tell, there are no patterns in terms of edition number (so for instance low numbers being heavier)

I asked stephane about this but he didnt knew....
