View Full Version : Is Hard Hero taking a risk?

I noticed that Hard Hero offers the ability to pay with Paypal when the item arrives and is ready to ship. I realized that it might be risky because somebody could pre-order something and then when they get their e-mail saying it's time to pay, they could not do so. Does anybody else think so?

I think its a good option for customers and HH can always sell the statues not payed for to someone else.
I would think by the time they put an item up for order the edition size is pretty much already set and not affected by the pre-orders.

Paypal has an option now for retailers and pre-orders.

I wasn't aware of that. Do you have a link or more info on the particulars of it? I'd be interested in reading up on how that works. I do web development, so it might be something I could use.

No different than cancellation policies or credit card declines with other companies such as SS. Another customer will be waiting to buy it so in the end, it's all the same to HH.
