i read the whole issue online weeks ago so i saved my $3.50. the art sure is nice but i'm not gonna pay just for art. nothing even really happened this issue. it took 32 pgs for her to 'escape' or whatever and kick a raptor's butt. i'm not convinced this is worth picking up just yet. will see how the next 2 issues go. really budgeting myself on comics these days. my $3 went on Supreme Power this week.

The scene where she fell out of the tank on to the Dr., and he stuck his thumb up to signify he was alright was pretty funny. I like the story so far, sometimes writers can get carried away with to much exposition. Sometimes a slow build up can lead to a great pay off, I guess it's just time to wait and see.

So I wonder if Frank Cho buys porn, or just draws his own? I guess if you got the skills...

The LCS owner is good friends with him and getting him to come out. He lives in MD and the store is in VA. I can't make it though, got other priorities.

On another note, my LCS bud said that Cho doesn't do sketch cards at appearances because he doesn't want his **** sold on ebaY. Anyone heard of that before? I just found it interesting that he wouldn't do it. You'd think these guys would want their stuff widely distributed for recognition. But what do I know? :stick:

I can understand that. It used to be that people would get sketches from people they really liked, and now they grab everything they can to try to make a buck on eBay. In Cho's case though, I think most would keep his art. Good stuff!
