Ya thats the east LA part of the room. Might want to stay away from that part.

All you need is the link the pic, then hit the icon that looks like a picture and paste the link and hit ok, and it'll show up. The icon is right above the typing field, on the far right, next to the dialogue bubble.

Sounds cool. Mine is a decent 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with 2 decks, vaulted ceilings and storage. It's convenient because I'm only 3 miles from work.

Exactly. Timing is everything with property. Location is a major plus too. Example: I got one of my houses 3 & a half years ago & it cost me around $550K. Now it's at about $800K in one of the few counties that has property going up instead of down with our current market. My other home is in Vegas and we got that for close to $400K a year & a half ago. Now it's valued at around $385K. Even though our Vegas home is twice as large it hasn't appreciated like our CA home has. Food for thought....

I bought my first home in 1998 for $150,000 and sold it in 2005 for $425,000. You can't do that renting.

Yeah.. I stopped at a couple grocery stores and bought some canned foods for a drop-off I saw before I headed back home today (to Oregon).. least I could do. I'm going up to WA. a lot lately, so I'll probably do the same next time. People who have the means to help others should always do so, especially in times of crisis like this. A recent Amazon purchase came with an "Emerald City Comicon" card in it.. for May 10th and 11th of next year, in Seattle.

I've never been to a convention before.. any of you planning on going? I'd probably go. :)

Might go to SDCC next year also, depending on whether my bro-in-law's wife (my sister) and my own wife are preggo or not.

Actually sales are starting to pick up but not by a large margin.

Fortunately I just started a new tract of 120 homes so I should have a few years work ahead of me as long as we stay in business.

Its real. I live in Riverside county and was shocked when it started snowing. I've lived here since 1989 and its the only time I've ever seen it snow.

I have to get renter's insurance and have the dish on a tripod (for an extra charge) if i want it installed and if they can install it
